Outpatient Therapy
The services provided are tailored to fit your needs. Although there are common ingredients in many of the approaches to problem solving, it is important to create an individualized counseling plan that is specific, realistic and achievable. Our first session serves as an opportunity to get to know each other, to set goals and for you to see if my support can help you with your own personal growth. And of course, there is no obligation to continue.

EMDR Intensive Treatment
We are currently offering EMDR in an intensive model. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Progressive counting, Trauma Informed yoga, solution focused and cognitive behavioral approaches to help people gain insight into their situations, work through obstacles, and move toward their goals of decreasing depression, anxiety and reducing the impact of trauma.
MaMHCA Clinical Supervision
MAMHCA clinical supervision could be helpful for you if you have an entry-level licensure, and your work site does not provide supervision that satisfies supervision requirements for achieving full licensure. If you want focused supervision in a specialty, or you are seeking postgraduate certification in a specialty area that requires specified supervision hours. If you have your full license but want continued support in your practice and if you want a fresh set of eyes to review your work.

EMDR Intensive
Josephine provides EMDR intensives to those who want to experience faster results. Why might an intensive be right for you? You can take a few days to focus on healing and growth using these long highly concentrated sessions and move on from your weekly therapy appointments. EMDR makes lasting change and the format of an intensive may fit your lifestyle better then months of shorter sessions.
